The Model Compare plug-in takes two similar parts and displays what is the same and different through the use of coloring the parts.
- To start the plug-in go to Edit + Compare Models
- Select Add for the Compare Set #1
- Select the first part to compare
- You can select as many parts as needed
- As you select the parts, the geometry will be hidden to make further selections easier
- Select Stop to complete part selection
- Select Add for the Compare Set #2
- Select Stop to complete part selection
- Select Compare Sets
- The parts are colored according to the color legend

The Display Removed Material is only available to select when selecting the second
