Pinned Parts

Centro lets users “Pin” parts to compare attributes of a set of catalog parts side-by-side via the “pinned” menu.

A pin icon found in the top navigation bar shows the number of pinned parts, and offers a “Compare” button if one or more parts are pinned. The pinned collection is private to a particular user.

A part can be pinned from:

• With a button click on the thumbnail of the catalog part view

  

• From the thumbnail on search results

  

• Or from the duplicate tab within the part view

  

On the compare page, users can:

• Items can be viewed vertically or horizontally

• Items can be removed from the Left Side Panel

  

• Attributes can be toggled on or off from the Left Side Panel enabling users to compare from the CAD file or associated resources
