Replace Resource
If your organization does not utilize the Centro Control features, one must use the Replace Resource if you have a new version of any given resource.
To replace a resource
Find the resource to replace.
Click the resource menu.
Select Replace Resource.
Browse for the replacement file.
Click Replace resource.
Notes
This will update the version number in the resource panel.
An activity is recorded on the Activity tab as an "update.
History of the resource is not kept.
Previous versions of the resource are not available to view or download.
