How to Raise a Support Ticket
There are two ways to create a Support ticket, this can be done emailing APMSupport@actify.com or by creating a Support account here. It is recommend that you create an account and try to do a search within the Helpdesk's Knowledge base which may have the answer you're looking for.
When having a general issue with Centro it is recommended to generally use the General Centro Support Form (shown below), if you're certain it is a bug you can use the Product Bug form or if you have any questions or enhancement requests there are also forms for that.. Support Form and How to review Tickets
Once you have chosen the relevant form, it is important to fill out the information as best as you can at the time, in particular Seat ID and any SpinFire or Computer Logs that could be relevant to your current issue.
You will receive notifications by email for your tickets, but you can also check up on your open tickets by going into "My Requests" and filtering the ticket using the options along the top of the tickets.
