Overview

SpinFire Ultimate 11.5.1 is an interim release to update importers and to enhance the MS-Office add-ins.

  • ProE Creo 4.0 (2D), Creo 4.0 (3D)
  • SolidEdge ST9 (2D)
  • SolidWorks 2017 (2D)

Bug Fixes 

• Autonote

  • Selecting Auto Note brings up the 3D Point Note instead

• Importers

  • NX

    • NX 11 files do not open

  • Rhino

    • xxxxxxxxxx.3dm assembly tree has extra empty parts

    • The Rhino file, xxxxxxxx.3dm opens without any geometry

• Installation

  • SpinFire crashes soon after startup

  • SpinFire Professional option isn't checked after .3D files were associated with SF11 during installation

  • .3D files are not associated to SpinFire Ultimate

• Miscellaneous

  • Print does not work in specific machine

  • Axis Triad and Navigation Cube glitch on specific machine

  • Random crashes when opening files or changing 3D viewer settings

Upgrading from 11.5.0 to 11.5.1

To upgrade SpinFire Ultimate from 11.5.0 to 11.5.1

1. Launch and run the SpinFire.x64.msi (or the SpinFire.x64.exe) and follow the installation wizard instructions. 
   
   or
    
2. Select Check for Updates from the Help menu if you have an Internet connection and are upgrading form 11.1 or greater.
