Teamviewer Instructions

If your SpinFire or Floating License Manager is experiencing issues running correctly or reaching one another the Actify Support team may need access to investigate further.

Below are the instructions to allow us to connect to your machines.

  • Download TeamViewer QuickSupport Windows (teamviewer.com)

  • Begin Install and Accept EULA/DPA Agreement

    3. Provide Actify Support “Your ID” and “Password”.
