Bypass Filehash Check

When a user checks-in a file, Centro determines if the new file is a duplicate of the file being replaced. If so, the user was not permitted to complete the check-in.

In Centro 8.2.0, Centro permits users to bypass the filehas check. The user simply clicks CHECK IN ANYWAY.
