Improved SpinFire Web Error Reporting

Occasionally, a SpinFire Web file may fail to load, leaving users with minimal information to report and diagnose the issue.

We have enhanced error reporting by including additional information in the browser console. This information includes:

• The reason the model failed to load.

• The error object thrown when the load failed, if available.

For example, a failure reason might be an incompatible file version, prompting the user to reconvert the CAD file.

This information can be easily provided to our support team for further analysis.
