Managing Roles

Roles are used to provided a group of permissions to users. They can consist of any combination of individual permissions however some may require others to be access them.

Create a New Role

To create a new Role:

  1. Click Create New Role. 
  2. Enter a Role name. 
    Note: Role names must be unique. 
  3. Select appropriate permissions.
  4. Click Create.
Edit a Role

To edit a role:

  1. Click the respective pencil icon to begin the edit. 
  2. Edit the Role name.
  3. Edit the permissions.
  4. Click Save.
Delete a Role

To delete a role:

  1. Click the respective pencil icon to begin the edit. 
  2. Confirm the deletion.
     
    Note: Removing a role with users attached will leave those account without any access to Centro. Be sure to assign other roles if you wish for them to continue Centro usage.
