How to Create a Support Account

To Create a Support Account go to http://support.actify.com and then click the "Sign Up" text.

Next enter the email address you will use for support issues and click "Send Link" button, you will then be able to create a password for this account.  If you have already emailed support in the past it is likely you have already got an account but with no password, click on "View Request" in one of the support emails you've received from us or use the "Forgotten Password" function to create a password for your account.
