Adding Catalog parts to Archived Projects

Catalog parts can now be associated with archived projects, There may be situations where an organization may need to do this to organize their Catalog parts appropriately.

Adding a part to an archived project does not differ much from adding to a non-archived project. The only difference is the archived projects have text nex to the project name that they are archived.
