Centro 7.7.0: Allow Cancellation of Started Jobs
In previous versions of Centro, one had to wait until jobs completed especially in cases where administrator need to shut down the pipeline host for maintenance, back-up, etc. Cancellation of jobs are more "sensitive" to where they can be cancelled before completion.
