Tag Searching

Centro 7.3.0 adds the ability to search for tags from the Centro Catalog search page. Place custom tags on resources and versions of resources to search for at a later date.

Note: Tags cannot be search as a Quick search. An Advanced Search/saved search must be created.

To search for a tag,

1. Navigate to the Centro Catalog search page.

2. Click on the '+' icon to create a new Saved Search.

3. Enter a name for the advanced search.

   

   

4. Click the '+' icon next to Tags to enter tag search criteria.

   

5. Select a comparison operator.
   

   • Like - find a partial march

   • == -  find an exact match

   • Not like - find everything but the specified partial match

   • != - find everything but the specified exact match

6. Enter a value. 
   Centro will help match values for existing tags. If a value entered doesn't match any, Centro provides an indication.

   

7. Enter additional search criteria.

8. Click OK.

9. Click on the new search to execute the search.

   

Search for multiple tags at the same time using the AND boolean operator.
